Recreational Dance Program: Ballet, Tap, and Jazz classes
for student’s ages 4-18 years. Beginner-Advanced classes.
Ballet - (B) The basis of all forms of dance. Develops proper
body alignment, balance & flexibility. Pointe is by placement and only after
3 full years of ballet technique.
Tap - (T) Technique in both Rhythmic and Broadway Tap.
Jazz/ Hip-Hop - (J/HH) A mix of both Classical, Contemporary
and Musical Theatre styles of jazz.
Beg- Students that have never had dance before Beg/Int-
Some dance experience, 1-2 years. Int./Adv. or Adv- Dancers with 3 years
of experience or more
Junior 1,2,3 - Students with 3 or more years of dance
experience.
Senior 1/2, 3/4 - Students with 3 or more years of dance
experience
Tumbling - (TB) Basic through advanced tumbling skills are
taught along with flexibility, strength and conditioning. Level 1 being the
easiest and working toward higher levels. Recital is ONLY for those tumblers in
the highest levels.
Diva Dance Birthday Parties: For
children 7 and over. The party guests will take a jazz and tumbling class. They
will learn a short dance routine followed by their party makeover. Party times
and details are scheduled with the office, please see a staff member to help you
with booking a party.
A Princess Party: For children ages 3 -
6 years. The princesses will have their hair styled with a crown and their nails
painted, each Princess will choose a gown and then off to dance to their
favorite princess songs. Party times and details are scheduled with the office,
please see a staff member to help you with booking a party.

Crossover cartwheel left, Crossover cartwheel right,
Round-off from power hurdle, hollow rebound,
*Run Round-off rebound, Running dive roll, Back extension roll, *Back bend kick-over
*Arch up from wedge, *Handstand to Bridge on wedge
Level 3

Handstand snap
down to hollow rebound, Handstand pirouette (Full), Press
handstand. (Small jump allowed), *Dive cartwheel, Switch leg
back walkover, Valdez, Front limber, *Front walkover, *Back
walkover, *Standing back handspring (No step out), Back roll
straight arm pike down, *Bent arm back ex: roll to handstand,
*Pres. Handstand at wall
Level 4
