About
St. Peters Academy of Dance

St. Peters Academy of Dance, SPAD, is committed to educating each student about the fundamentals of dance, its natural progression in technique to form a complete dance education, self-esteem, confidence and discipline in each of its dancers. Students are encouraged to participate in an atmosphere that is both positive and professional. SPAD is known as the best-run studio in the area and was voted the #1 Dance Studio in St. Charles County by the Suburban Journal newspaper. The office is well organized and always staffed by individuals who are sensitive to parental issues. Every effort is made to keep the parents informed and prepared. An important aspect of teaching dance is hiring quality teachers. Therefore, SPAD employs teachers with a BA in dance or an Associate’s degree in dance and other similar educational degrees. SPAD provides educational dance programs for the beginner through advanced, as well as a strong competitive program.

From

Anastasia R.

“I have two daughters who love to dance. One has been at SPAD for over 6 years. The other one just getting ready to start her 2nd year. We love the instructors and the owner Ms. Kathy is fantastic. The instructors make learning dance and using proper technique so much fun! They instill values of hard work, goal setting, and confidence in all of their dancers. All dancers have the opportunity to perform in a year end recital–very professional and amazing to watch! If you are looking for a dance studio for your children to grow with, this is the one!“
